DA name change.. should I or shouldn't?

For those of you who don't know CunningFox has been my online artist handle since 2000 and the old days of neopets. At the time it was applicable because my persona in its very first iteration was a red fox with my signature markings (still worn by my current wolfbear form) however it has been inapplicable since like.. 2003 onwards x3 I would like to think I am smart enough and have the capability to be cunning however there is no fox in my therianthropy.

At the same time I feel a lot of people recognize me and my creations by this name, discarding it would render my watermarked images and my personalized watermarks as invalid. So I don't think I would end up changing it anyways.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you identify me with my CunningFox handle just from regular use, do you just think of me as Holly? Or am I just that rude woman who loves dead things :P (*pokes her anti-taxidermy watchers*).

I do not consider myself a furry and would appreciate if you respected that as I respect Furs. 98% of my anthro art is commissioned. I have over 50+ characters and not one of them is a 'furry' anthro mostly feral creatures and monsters.
