Artist's Comments  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Oh I totally forgot I could upload these now! w00. I made two watercolor/mixed media artworks to thank my inlaws and nana in law for having us and giving us a good time whatnot. Welcoming me to the family very warmly. House sparrows I gotta say are up there as my second or first favorite bird, I love the dandy little fellows and their dapper ladies! I love them aside from the fact that their obnoxiously happy chirping as the sun rises lol we have some living in the bushes right outside our window. I hate being such a light sleeper. Anywhoo iv fallen in love with the thought of sparrow/mouse gryphons and iv been doodling them alot. The only other one you guys have seen was the little ACEO. I couldn't think of anything else to do for the inlaws so I thought this would be cute and wall-hanging-worthy. They were originally goign to be a male and a female but I screwed the colors on the female so I just made it a darker male anyways xD;; Background is watercolor, branch and sparrows are copic ciao markers and prismacolor pencils on bristol smooth paper. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I adore it, how you mixed the copics with the watercolor, it just fits! The poses are well done and: You got the wing-anatomy! Seriously, i see so much "wrong" drawn wings around... but yours are fabulous
