This is one of a few high quality commissions I am doing for the very kind =IamETOH.
Not only did he give me alot of money to help me on my feet during a financial crisi but he gave me FREE REIGN to draw whatever I wanted for him to equal that cost. All it had to do was involve foxes or wolves.

So this piece was born!

Alot of people I have come across don't realize that the silver fox and the cross fox are both RED FOXES, they are simply a naturally occurring color phase in the wild. They are not a separate species branch like the grey fox or kit fox.

its been a while since iv drawn any intense animal portraiture so this was fun x3, please note that I did their eyes unrealistic colors on purpose! I love having an aspect of fantasy to real things.

Of all of them my favorite is the red fox, I feel like I could have done better on the silver's muzzle and I didn't quite get the color scheme right on the cross fox.
The background is supposed to be hazy and not detract from the foxes, im kinda meh about it.
