I am posting this ancient art of mine (yes mine!) from back in 2001 to show that anyone at any skill level can improve with perseverance.

Don't ever look at me or some other artist and think 'I can never do that!' because it isn't true. You could become even better than that artist in the future if you only give yourself the chance.

People ask me how I draw what I do or are dispirited about their skill level sometimes. My advice to you is draw because you love to draw, draw what you love to draw and fuck the mainstream draw it anyway! Doodle on EVERYTHING, doodle from life, from cartoons! Even copying (not tracing) can help bring out valued technique as long as you use what you learn in new art of your own. Just keep drawing, try to get better with every sketch and don't be dissapointed if you can't. It will come in time
